Electric Athletics Smash Debut Competition at BCA Winter Weekender 2025
Blackpool, UK – Electric Athletics made a powerful statement at their first competition of the season, delivering an outstanding performance at the BCA Winter Weekender 2025, held at the iconic Winter Gardens, Blackpool, over the weekend.
Competing against teams from across the country, Electric Athletics showcased exceptional talent, precision, and teamwork — returning home with an impressive medal haul and setting the tone for an incredible start to the 2025/26 season.
Across the weekend, the club achieved: 🏆 9× First Place finishes 🥈 1× Second Place 🥉 3× Third Place finishes ⭐ 1 Excellent award 🔥 9 HIT ZERO performances 🏆 NT High Point Award
Head Coach Becky Whittle praised the athletes’ commitment and focus throughout the event: “I couldn’t be prouder of our athletes. To come into our very first competition of the season and deliver performances like that is incredible. The focus, commitment and teamwork shown all weekend really set the standard for what we want Electric Athletics to be about this season. This is just the beginning.”
