The new gym is absolutely fantastic, the facilities on site will allow the teams to grow from strength to strength. Electric Athletics is run by the most amazing coaches headed by Becky. My daughter has grown from strength to strength not only in her skills as a cheerleader but also in her resilience and maturity. We are so excited to see what the future holds and are thankful to be part of an amazing club and family.
Electric Athletics is a fantastic cheerleading club to be part off!! My daughter is in her 3rd season of cheerleading and has made so many friends – they are like one big family. The coaches really support the athletes, know their abilities, and know how to encourage them to try new skills, work hard & have fun. Would highly recommend to any parent.
My daughters absolute favourite place, the thing she looks forward to most and counts down each day for. I love seeing how happy it makes her. A class with a bit of everything, tumble, dance, stunt and most of all learning how to be a good team and work together. Would highly recommend.
As a parent to a child with extra needs I could not be more thankful she is part of such a warm welcoming and caring community. This place provides more than just cheerleading. The parents, athletes & coaches provide these children a safe space, and somewhere to go to enrich their childhood, make friends, and just be exactly who they are! Everyone is different & this is celebrated - no matter what barriers they may face in the everyday world.
Cheer has been so much more for my daughter, than just cheer. We had a tough year last year with her & since coming to cheer, she is like a different child. She is so happy and loves coming to cheer with her cheer friends & loves her coaches.
I can't recommend this programme enough - A fantastic facility with amazing coaches who encourage every athlete no matter their ability. Everyone is supportive and welcoming and its a great place to make friends whilst improving your cheerleading skills!
My daughter has been with Electric Athletics since it began. The gym is equipped with fantastic facilities, including a full-size sprung floor and top-quality tumble equipment, creating the perfect environment for her cheerleading journey. The coaches are incredible — supportive, encouraging, and focused on each child’s individual strengths to help them grow as athletes. The presence of international and Worlds-level athletes provides great inspiration and role models for the younger cheerleaders. I’d highly recommend visiting to see what the program can offer your child. You won’t be disappointed!
I came to Electric Athletics after having retired from gymnastics 5 years prior. Safe to say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The atmosphere is so incredibly welcoming and supportive and I feel I've improved so much already.
This is my daughters first season we come for a try out and she fell in love with the gym and the atmosphere so 60 mile round trip for her to cheer but would not change it, her words after her first week at EA were Mum I love it here everyone is so kind and supportive and I can just be myself. The amazing opportunities EA have been able to offer and the memories being creating is incredible. EA is not just a team it’s a family x
What can I say about EA? The Coaches? Out of this world. Their passion for the sport is contagious and you can see how proud they are of every single athlete on the mat. The Athletes? Super human. How they do some of the things they do is mind blowing. Absolutely phenomenal ❤️❤️❤️ I am so proud to call myself an EA Mum ❤️ EA is not just a sports team it is an amazing family to be part of 🥰🥰
We’re now into our second season at Electric Athletics after moving from another club, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the decision. The difference in my daughter’s confidence and enjoyment has been incredible to see. The coaches are absolutely amazing — they believe in her even on the days she doesn’t believe in herself (and yes, even through the occasional diva strop!). Their patience, encouragement, and genuine care push her to try new things and grow, both as an athlete and as a person. It’s such a positive, supportive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to be their best. As a parent, it’s been just as rewarding — I’ve met some truly wonderful people and made friendships I know will last a lifetime. We feel really lucky to be part of the Electric Athletics family.
Anna joined cheer for the first time this season after leaving gymnastics, and she honestly didn’t think she would find anything that would fill that gap for her but cheer has done exactly that and more. From the very beginning, the coaches have been incredible. They are supportive, encouraging, and genuinely care about every child and their progress. The environment they create is positive, motivating and inclusive, and it’s amazing to see how much the athletes grow in confidence as well as ability. The team spirit is something really special. The athletes support each other, celebrate each other’s successes, and really feel like a team and a family. Anna has made some lovely friends and always comes home smiling after training. We joke and say she would be there every night if she could but the reality is she absolutely would! She absolutely loves cheer and looks forward to every session. We are so grateful to the coaches and the whole programme for giving her a new sport she is passionate about and a place where she feels she belongs. Thank you EA for everything you do.
My daughter previously attended another Gym for a few years, on level 1 and was never given the opportunity to advanced levels, which knocked her confidence. Since joining Electric Athletics her spark has returned she initially was just training on a Monday trying different level stunts doing things she has never done, at training she was asked to tryout for non tumble 2 and she absolutely loves. I can't thank the coaches for their dedication and support in bringing out the best in my daughter and her confidence has returned.
