This past weekend, Electric Athletics cheerleading teams took to the competition floor at the BCA Cheer and Dance Winter Weekender, held at the iconic Winter Gardens in Blackpool. Competing across multiple divisions, athletes showcased months of hard work, precision, and dedication, aiming to leave their mark on one of the most anticipated events of the cheerleading calendar.
The event saw a vibrant display of skill, athleticism, and team spirit as cheerleaders from across the UK gathered to test their abilities on the big stage. Electric Athletics were determined to shine—and they did not disappoint.
Competition Highlights
Demonstrating exceptional talent and unity, Electric Athletics celebrated a series of impressive victories. The team secured 7 first-place finishes and 2 second-place finishes, a remarkable accomplishment that reflects their relentless training and commitment. Even more noteworthy, 4 teams achieved a prestigious "Hit Zero", meaning their routines were performed flawlessly with no point deductions—a significant achievement in the cheerleading world.
