Becky Whittle
Program Director & Head Coach

With over 16 years of cheerleading experience, Becky Whittle is the Program Director & Head Coach, leading the Electric Athletics teams to success. Her most recent achievement includes coaching athletes to become Worlds Silver Medallists at the 2023 IASF Worlds Cheerleading.

Not only does Becky have a background in competitive cheerleading as well as a successful history in coaching competition wining cheerleading teams, but she also has 8 years’ experience as a competitive gymnast and 6 years dancing to add to her experience.

Her most recent achievement includes coaching athletes to become Worlds Silver Medallists at the 2023 IASF Worlds Cheerleading in Orlando, America. As well as coaching athletes who placed 5th at their very first IASF Worlds Cheerleading competition.

With over 16 years of cheerleading experience, Becky has not only taken winning cheer teams to international competitions, but she has also competed at the Cheerleading Worlds in 2010, 2012 and 2014.  

After becoming a CHEERSPORT National Champion in 2018, Becky went on to coach the team who became the 2019 CHEERSPORT National Champions.

As the Program Director and Head Coach, Becky is heavily involved with coaching all 150 plus athletes who form the 14 Warrington cheerleading teams and Salford cheerleading teams.

Becky’s qualifications include:

  • IASF 1-6 Cheerleading
  • British Gymnastics Women's Artistic Club Coach
  • British Gymnastics General Gymnastics Assistant Coach
  • Exercise to Music Level 1
  • Bsc Hons Sport Therapy

All of our coaches are fully qualified, insured, DBS checked and first aid trained to ensure the health and safety of your children.
